Cleanse Your Lymph System & Boost Your Immunity!

Most ailments are linked to the lymphatic system and to a compromised immune system. The lymphatic system plays a vital role in the body’s immunity to disease. It is a complex network of fluid-filled tubes that continuously bathes our cells and then carries away the body’s “sewage”.  Filters, called Lymph Nodes, trap and neutralize toxins, pathogens, waste products of metabolism, fat globules, excess liquid and other harmful substances.

The body contains three times more lymph fluid than blood. However, while blood has a pump – the heart – to keep it moving, lymph fluid must be pumped by the movement of our muscles. The less we move, the more stagnant the lymph system becomes.  Other factors such as illness, chemicals, pesticides in food, can also overload and stall the lymph’ system. With today’s sedentary lifestyles coupled with diets low in nutrients and high in fats, sugars, additives and preservatives our lymphatic system can easily become overloaded, congested and clogged. And then, there’s everyday stress that can shut down the lymph system.

When edema begins to puddle, it is a clear message from your body that the lymph is not flowing. One does not want your lymphatic system to stagnate.  Just like a pond that stagnates, it can become toxic and poisonous.  If your lymphatic system stagnates then disease begins to develop. Life does not exist in a poisoned environment.  Thank you so much!”                                                        – Leslie Proffitt, NES Practitioner, Reflexologist
